The volunteers and staff at the Lorain County Free Clinic want to thank you very much for participating in our effort to serve the medical needs of the uninsured in our community. Please help us by donating samples, and ask your drug reps for extra samples for the Free Clinic.
Please notify us at 277-7602 for any med pick-ups. Any and all med samples (in-date) are needed.
We provide free samples to our established patients living in Lorain & Eastern Erie Counties who have no medical insurance. If you know of someone who could use our service, please tell them to call for an application. Thank you for all your support!
